SIERRA LEONE PROMOTERS UNION (SLPU) IS THE OFFICIAL EVENT PROMOTING INSTITUTION FOR THIS YEAR'S INDEPENDENCE COUNTDOWN (Covid-19 Sensitization) e-Concert.

In a bid to maintain consistency in our local musicians in the midst of Corona Virus (Covid-19) that has put stop to plenty activities, including music. The Covid-19 Sensitization e-Concert is an initiative that gears towards not only strengthening the Entertainment Industry during this pandemic, but it also helps to put our local musicians on their toes.

This concert will be broadcast live on different television channels in Sierra Leone and across Africa.

Arguably, the SLPU has been a key player towards most successful musical concerts in the country and that is why Cribs International and Freetown Uncut Band did not hesitate to enter into an agreement deal with the SLPU. The agreement deal was inked on the 21st April 2020 for the SLPU to handle the event in the area of promoting and giving the Covid-19 Sensitization (e-Concert) a wide coverage.

In complimenting the Government's efforts in the fight against the Corona Virus, the Cribs International  and the Freetown Uncut Band have stepped up to organize the Covid-19 Sensitization Concert that will help ease stress and panic in the minds of Sierra Leoneans as these are trying times and this initiative will also go with an intense Sensitization as the event will be live on different television channels in Sierra Leone and beyond.

The SLPU strongly believes that during this pandemic period, we are ought to play active role in sensitizing the public through the first ever isolated Musical Concert with Aim of sensitizing the public.

Join us in the "Fight Against Covid-19 Independence countdown e-Concert" to help create awareness about the deadly pandemic (Corona virus) with a band of your favorite Sierra Leone Musicians.
